Ce n'est pas « des croissants de soleil,» mais de salade aux légumes jardin ! Oui, oui : c’est vrai. A wonderful final treasure crafted by the souls of ICEO.

         A spicy charger during our final student group dinner at ICEO. Consequently, it was also the final evening to enjoy an all veggie salad accompanied by orange sorbet with mint leaves.

            An ongoing theme at ICEO featured our evening dinner concluding with a few preselected desserts. Mine of choice pertained to a fruity orange melon sorbet. What a delightful treat to counter the vicious heatwave we have been experiencing in the city this week.

            Outdoing themselves this evening, the featured dinner at ICEO was a gorgeous salad composition on a glass leaf plate- very heavy. It was wonderful. Who knew a little bit of lime juice could make your salad «très miam?!» Hint: the Lyonnaise.
